4x - 3/5 = 2/5
Add 3/5 to both sides
4x= 5/5 or 1
Divide 4 on both sides
Final Answer: x= 1/4
The correct answer is D. 1/4

the answer is D. you add the 3/5 to the other side to get 1. and then you divide one and 4x to get 1/4.
