Let m be the total mileages for each company.

Company A.

The total cost for m miles for this company is:

0.60m

Company B.

The total cost for miles for this company is:

0.10m+70

Now, we need to know for what mileage company A charges more than company B, this means:

0.60m>0.10m+70

Solving for m we have:

\begin{gathered} 0.60m>0.10m+70 \\ 0.60m-0.10m>70 \\ 0.50m>70 \\ m>(70)/(0.50) \\ m>140 \end{gathered}

Therefore for m>140 (that is for more than 140 miles) company A will charge more tan company B.
