Are the graphs of y = -4x + 14 and -x + 4y = 14 parallel, perpendicular, or neither?

the equation -x + 4y = 14 written in slope intercept form would be

y = 1/4x + 7/2, the slope in this equation is the opposite reciprocal of the slope -4 in the other equation hence making the lines perpendicular.
