It really depends in the state your in if your in a state....

1. requiring no notice: No state requirement for parents to initiate any contact.

2.with low regulation: State requires parental notification only.

3.with moderate regulation: State requires parents to send notification, test scores, and/or professional evaluation of student progress.

4.with high regulation: State requires parents to send notification or achievement test scores and/or professional evaluation, plus other requirements (e.g. curriculum approval by the state, teacher qualification of parents, or home visits by state officials).

Well sadly the anwser is no! The reason is because you will need to be there around 80% of the time if they are off task but if you have a constant routine they will get used to doing it without you.
