Answer:

6, because 4/5 = 8/10 - 5/10 = 3/10 x 2 = 6/20 divided by 1/20 = 6 scoops

We want to divide whole sand into scoops, so we have to divide 4/5 by 1/20. Lets do this

( (4)/(5) )/( (1)/(20) )
We know that if we want to divide 2 fraction we can multiply first by inverse of second fraction instead of dividing.,so:

( (4)/(5) )/( (1)/(20) )

(4)/(5)* (20)/(1)= (4*20)/(5*1) = (80)/(5)= 16 scoops - its our result.
