We are given the function

k(x)=2(5-x)^2+1(5-x)^2+3x

we are asked to find the value of the function at x = -7m therefor we have to replace x for -7 in the function

k(-7)=2(5-(-7))^2+1(5-(-7))^2+3(-7)

Simplyfiying

k(-7)=2(5+7)^2+(5+7)^2-21
k(-7)=2(12)^2+(12)^2-21=411
