MN= 7 2/3

Explanation:

bisector cuts something in half and the lines on the line prove its in 2 equal parts so the line intersecting it is PR

since MN is bisected by PR and on side of MN in 3 5/6 just multiply 3 5/6 by 2 to get the answer
