The given equation is : 3x + 4y = 28

To plot the graph of the equation first find any three set of cooridnates :

Substitut x = 0 in the equation :

3x + 4y = 28

3(0) + 4y = 28

4y = 28

y = 7

coordinate : (x, y) = ( 0, 7)

for x = 1

3x + 4y = 28

3(1) + 4y = 28

3 + 4y = 28

4y = 28 - 3

4y = 25

y = 6.25

coordinate : (x, y) = ( 1, 6.25 )

for y = 0

3x + 4y = 28

3x + 4(0) = 28

3x = 28

x = 28/3

x = 9.33

coordinate : (x,y) = ( 9.33, 0)

Plot these set of coordinates on the graph

(x, y) = ( 0, 7)

(x, y) = ( 1, 6.25 )

(x,y) = ( 9.33, 0)

The graph of the equation : 3x + 4y = 28
