The total cost is $36.14 (rounded to the nearest hundreds).
Cost with tax- $28.35 x 106.25%= $30.12 (rounded to the nearest hundreds)
Cost with tax and tip- $30.12 x 120%=$36.14(rounded to the nearest hundreds)
Final cost- $36.14
