How did students’ behavior change over the course of the exercise?

Answer:

I agree with the fellow above me, It would be nice to see the exercise. However, if you're just talking about everyday exercise like push-ups and running, then I'd say the student could gain a better reputation with peers, due to improvement in physical, social, and mental health.
