x= 3 and y=7

7(-9x+4y=55)
-4(-11x+7y=82)

63x + 28y = 385
44x - 28y = -328
-------------------------
19x =57
x=3

63(3) + 28y = 385
189 = 28 = 385
28y = 196
y=7

we have

-9x+4y=55 -----> equation A

-11x+7y=82 -----> equation B

Using a graphing tool

we know that

the intersection both graphs is the solution of the system of equations

see the attached figure

The solution is the point
(-3,7)

therefore

the answer is

x=-3\\y=7
