2 x = - 10 y + 6
x + 5 y = 3
--------------------
2 x + 10 y = 6
x + 5 y = 3 / · ( - 2 )
----------------------------
2 x + 10 y = 6
+
- 2 x - 10 y = - 6
----------------------
0 · x = 0

Hello,
Answer C : infinity solutions
since
2x=-10y+6==>2x+10y=6==>x+5y=3
x+5y=3
The equations are the same.
