Which activity is not a healthy way if dealing with stress

I don't know what the answer is your book is looking for. But I can come up with many things: stress-eating, (alcohol, gaming, fitness etc) addiction, violence (hurting others or yourself).

One activity is smoking. Cause if you smoke, your causing harm to yourself and the stress becomes more and more frustrating, as smoking adds more to it.
