How does one person's opinion or speculation affect a community and/or even the country?

Answer: It can affect negatively or positively depending on who says it.

Explanation: There is a saying that words are taken from the person who says them, and it is something that has been seen clearly on a daily basis. Students obey the teacher at school because they know that they are his superior, a person who sees a piece of news on television believes it because he knows that television is an information medium, and so it continues. If a person from the community is someone who has great influence, his words will be taken into account by other people. A president who says a piece of news is likely to be believed by the majority of the inhabitants. The perception that a person has about another will influence how he believes his words.
