6 and 2/3 is larger because 2/3 as a decimal is 0.66 recurring and 1/2 as a decimal is only 0.5

You can also tell that 6 and 2/3 is larger because half of 3/3 would be '1.5/3' and 2/3 is larger than that

Which is larger?????????
