Improving overall fitness may not be possible for people who have physical limitations? True or False

I strongly refute this agurment, one point I would love to address is the paralympic games, this people work hard just like everybody else in the Olympics. The impression that the physically challenged members of the society should not work out is totally absurd, and i think they even have a better chance to improve fitness

I believe the statement above is false. Improving overall fitness may be possible for people who have physical limitations. These limitations can be used as an inspiration or motivation of an individual to live a better and healthy life. Even these type of people have their own sports. Hope this answers the question.
