In a right triangle, the measures of the two smaller angles are (3X+6) and (2X-1) . Find the measure of the smallest angle in the triangle.

we are given in the problem a right triangle in which the other angles are 3x + 6 and 2x -1. In this case, the sum of all three angles in a triangle is equal to 180 degrees. The equation goes: 3x + 6 + 2x -1 + 90 = 180; 5x + 5 = 90; 5x = 85; x is equal to 17. Hence the smallest angle is 33 degrees.
