irrational rationalizations: we know that the √2 is irrational. Therefore 3√2 / 5√2 must also be irrational. Is this conclusion correct? Why or why not?

The conclusion is incorrect. The expression 3√2 / 5√2 would not yield to an irrational number rather you will obtain a rational number. An irrational number is a real number that cannot be expressed as a ratio of integers. Hope this answers the question.
