How to solve (3 to negative 4 power)and 6 exponent

ok, property of exponents

(x^m)^n=x^(mn)
also

x^(-m)= (1)/(x^m)

so

(3^(-4))^6=3^((-4)(6))=3^(-24)= (1)/(3^(24))
