Explanation: Functionalism is the theory that sees the society as a complex system with numerous working parts coming together to promote stability. According to Functionalism, when there is consensus of values between the different stakeholders (working parts), there will be a higher degree of cooperation. This will allow for the unanimous and collective agreement on a particular course of action which will lead to achievements of highest standards.
