Proteins: help develop muscle tissue and function. Protein is necessary to make the hair, skin, nails, muscles, organs, blood cells, nerve, bone and brain tissue, enzymes, hormones and antibodies.
Protein builds new cells and fixed damaged ones in all parts of your body.
Vitamins: are important for metabolism and for our bodies working properly.
