Answer: Hello mate!

Here we want to craft a problem in which there are 3 pancakes for every person, where this is the solution.

Then we need to find a problem where we can divide an X number of pancakes into Y persons, where the end result is that each of the Y persons gets 3 pancakes.

This is X/Y = 3.

X = Y*3

Now suppose we have Y = 10, so we have 10 persons in the group

How many pancakes do we need?

this is X = 10*3 = 30

so we can write a problem as:

We can write a real-world word problem as:

"suppose you have 30 pancakes, and you have 9 friends ( with yourself makes a total of 10 persons). Now you want to divide the total amount of pancakes in the total amount of persons, How many pancakes receive each one?"
