The answer would be 69.3

The answer is 69.3 because when you convert a percentage to a decimal, you always drag the decimal point 2 values down. This would make the number 69.03. But since the 3 was over 10 in the fraction, all you have to do is multiply 3 by 10 in which would make it's value go up by 10, making the decimal point move right 1 unit. This will give you the end result or solution: 69.3
