(3^(-4) * 2^3 * 3^2)/(2^4 * 3^(-3)) = (3^(-4+2) * 2^3)/(2^4 * 3^(-3)) = (3^(-2) * 2^3)/(2^4 * 3^(-3)) = 3^(-2-(-3)) * 2^(3-4) = 3^(-2+3) * 2^(-1) = (3)/(2)
