37 + 14.99 + 37x < = 212.49
51.99 + 37x < = 212.49
37x < = 212.49 - 51.99
37x < = 160.50
x < = 160.50/37
x < = 4.34.......u bought 4 tickets

add the three numbers together and then divide 212.49÷60.49=3.51
