1st step: distribute 4/3 by 6 and than distribute 4/3 by 9
When you distribute 4/3 by 6 you will get 24/3 and you simplify it to 8 .
When you distribute 4/3 by 9 you get 36/3 and you simplify it to 12.
So the answer is 12b+8 or 8+12b
