Your answer is the third one. Conscientious objector is defined as a person who for conscientious objects will not serve in the military. Short-timer is when you have two months of less to serve in the army. A draft dodger is someone who PURPOSELY AVOIDS military service. POW is Prisoner Of War. It's when you're at war and you take prisoner the a person from the country your fighting with.
