d=(m)/(V) \ \ \ \Rightarrow \ \ \ \ V=(m)/(d)\\\\ d=8(g)/(cm^(3))\\ m=80g\\\\ V=(80g)/(8(g)/(cm^(3)))=10cm^(3)

density is the mass of an object/ liquid per unit volume

formula for density is as follows

density = mass / volume

the mass of steel is 80 g

and density is 8 g/cm³

substituting the values in the equation we can find the volume

8 g/cm^(3) = (80 g)/(volume)

volume = 80 g/cm³ / 8 g

volume = 10 cm³

volume of the sample is 10 cm³
