-x-10y=20\\ -10y=x+20\\ \boxed{y=-(1)/(10)x-2}\\\\ \boxed{m=-(1)/(10)}\\\\ -0-10y=20\\ -10y=20\\ \boxed{y=-2}

rearrange equation to get y as subject
-1x-10y = 20
10y = -1x - 20
y = -1x/10 -2

so the slope is -1/10 and the y intercept -2
