Ok, if this isn't right then I am sorry, but I am pretty sure it is (C) because my sister does dance, and during one of her intensives, her friend fractured her ankle and she came home a couple days ago from dance saying that she has to build up all that muscle all over again because there is no muscle left, it was completely diminished.
