Preston has limited range of motion in his arms and is not able to throw far but would like to join kickball game. What accommodation can they make to help him fully participate?

What can be made for him to be able to play fully is they could give him a role in the game where he wouldn't have to do this at all, or they all would play in a handicapped way which would make him more equal to his co-players.
