The smallest bacterium is 0.2 micrometers across, while the giant amoeba Chaos chaos is 1000 micrometers across. How many times larger is the giant amoeba than the smallest bacterium?

so you would do 1000 divided by 0.2 to find out how much larger is the giant amoeba than the smaller one, so

1000/0.2 =5000

The giant amoeba is 5000 micrometers bigger than the small amoeba
