Hey sweetheart so to solve for the variable:
Let's solve for h:
Add-4h to both sides
h-j=4(h+j)-7
h-j+-4h=4h+4j-7+-4h
-3h-j=4j-7
Add j to both sides
-3h-j+j=4j-7+j
-3h=5j-7
Then divide by 3
-3h/-3=5j-7/-3
so h=-5/3j+7/3
