We have the given equation:

x²+y²-x-2y-11/4 = 0

We have to complete the squares and rewrite it in the form

(x-h)² + (y-k)² = r²

So:

(x²-x+ 1/4) + (y²-2y+1) -11/4= 0

(x-1/2)² + (y-1)² -11/4 = 0

Center: -1/2 and -1

Radius: -1/4-4/4-11/4=16/4 = 4
