The answer is 29.

It's prime.
It's one less then 30.
29 + 30 = 59

so ya it is 29

two digit prime number:29
one less than a multiple of 10: 10*3-1=29
If you add 30 to me, you get another prime number. 29+30=59
who am I? 29
