DOES BURNING FOSSIL FUELS PUT CARBON DIOXIDE IN THE ATMOSPHERE?

Indeed, it does. That's why we have "spare the air" day, to reduce burning fossil fuels. It pollutes the air, but trees take all the CO gas and convert it to oxygen for us to survive.
