Here we know that 0.5 and 0.75 both are terminating since both are at two place after decimals

A number which is between these can be given by finding its average

that is adding it and then divide by two

adding both = 0.5+0.75 = 1.25

Divide is by 2 gives = 1.25 by 2 =0.625

converting it in to fraction we get =
(0.625)/(1) =(625)/(1000) =5/8
