x \rightarrow the \ weight \ of \ permit \ fish \\ 10x \rightarrow tarpon \\ \\ x+10x=132 \\ 11x=132 \\ x= (132)/(11) \\ x=12 \\ \\ The \ weight \ of \ permit \ fish \ is \ 12. \\ The \ weight \ of \ the \ tarpon \ is \ 12 *10=120 \\ \\ \\ Checking : 12+120=132
