\sqrt h\cdot√(h^3)=\\ h^{(1)/(2)}\cdot \left(h^3\right)^{(1)/(2)}=\\ h^{(1)/(2)}\cdot h^{(3)/(2)}=\\ h^{(1)/(2)+(3)/(2)}=\\ h^{(4)/(2)}=\\ h^2

or other way


\sqrt h\cdot√(h^3)=\\ √(h^4)=\\ √((h^2)^2)=\\ |h^2|=\\ h^2
