Frying pans see usually made out of metal because metal is a great conductor of heat. The food can then cook faster. Why is metal a good conductor? it is because the molecules are tightly packed together, allowing the heat to travel through quickly

We need heat to cook food. So, frying pans need to be a good conductor of heat. Since, metals are good (best) conductor of heat, frying pans are made out of metals.
