So i can totally see where your confused. At first i was confused myself.
But i got now :)

16 - 10/2 + 10 + 11

So the first step is to divide. Since PEMDAS says to divide...
We divide our -10 and 2
-10/2 = -5

Now lets set up our equation again.
16 - 5 + 10 + 11

Our next step is to add! Just like PEMDAS says to..
soo add 10 and 11
10 + 11 = 21

Wait!! we aren't finished adding yet!
Set up our equation once more.
16 - 5 + 21

Now add -5 + 21!!
-5 + 21 = 16

Now all we have left is
16 + 16..

So... 16 + 16 = 32!

Your answer is 32

Good Luck!
