I'm really confused on how to do this

To solve such an equation ask yourself. What number do I need to multiply to 6 to get to 0.95.

So in terms of an algebraic statement it would be 6 • unknown number a = 0.95

6a = 0.95.

To solve for the unknown number, perform the opposite operation as in the above equation. If 6 multiplied to a is 0.95, the opposite operation would be 0.95 divided by 6 is equal to a.
