$\boxed{ (1)/(2)+ (3)/(10) = (1*5)/(2*5) + (3)/(10) = (5)/(10)+ (3)/(10) = (8)/(10)=0,8 }$

$one \ half \to (1)/(2) \\\\ three \ tenths \to (3)/(10) \\\\ (1)/(2)^((5)+(3)/(10)= \\\\=(5+3)/(10)= \\\\ =(8)/(10)\to\boxed{\boxed{(4)/(5)}}$
