The slope-intercept form: y = mx + b
m - a slope
b - y-intercept (0; b)

-y + 8x = 2x |subtract 8x from both sides

-y = -6x |change signs

y = 6x

Answer: The slope m = 6, y-intercept b = 0 -> (0; 0).
