The possible outcomes for Jeffrey in spinning the two spinner is {3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12}. The smallest possibility is the the two yellow which is 1 and 2 that results to 3 and the larges possible is 4 and 8 the should be 12.
