The answer is C. Tropical rainforest.

Since drip tips are adaptations of plants living in the climate zone with the highest average precipitation, this climate zone must have a lot of rain. In deserts, there is almost no rains during the year. In taigas, annual precipitation is 10-30 inches while in tropical savannah is 30-50 inches. On the other hand, in the tropical rainforest there is a lot of rain, that is how it got name. The annual precipitation in the tropical rainforest is 50-250 inches.
