l / w = 5 / 3
3 l = 5 w

perimeter = 2l + 2w
32 = 2l + 2w
16 = l + w
multiply by 3
48 = 3l + 3w
48 = 5w + 3w
48 = 8w
w = 6 cm

l = 5w / 3
l = 5*6 / 3
l = 10 cm
