3x - 4y = -10....multiply by 2
5x + 8y = -2
---------------
6x - 8y = -20 (result of multiplying by 2)
5x + 8y = -2
---------------add
11x = -22
x = -22/11
x = -2

3x - 4y = -10
3(-2) - 4y = -10
-6 - 4y = -10
-4y = -10 + 6
-4y = -4
y = -4/-4
y = 1

solution is : (-2,1)
