Answer:

Non specific immune response :barriers to entry (such as skin, acidic pH of stomach and mucous membrane), the inflammatory reaction, natural killer cells, and protective proteins.

Specific immune responses: B and T lymphocytes

Step-by-step explanation:

The non specific barriers are the one that are effective against any type of infectious agents. it includes barriers to entry (such as skin, acidic pH of stomach and mucous membrane), the inflammatory reaction, natural killer cells, and protective proteins.

The specific immune response are mounted against specific antigens and include the activity of B and T lymphocytes.

Not washing the hand properly makes the pathogens to enter the body through skin surface which is the first line of defense. Entry of pathogen though skin could mount the non specific immune responses such as inflammation or phagocytosis by macrophages. It can also cause many infectious diseases.

Two defense mechanisms that your body has to fight pathogens is the adaptive immune system and the innate immune system. By not washing your hands, you can get germs that will make you sick. For example, if you are handling uncooked chicken, and put your hands in your mouth without washing them, you can get salmonella poisoning.
