I assume you got to figure out what m equals so m/4+6=3 then multiply by 4+6 to cancel fraction m= 3(4+6) which m = 12+ 18 = 30

$(M)/(4)+6=3\ \ \ \ \ | subtract\ 6\\\\ (M)/(4)=-3\ \ \ \ \ | multiply\ by\ 4\\\\ M=-12\\\\Solution\ is\ M=-12.$
